  • ONE SIZE FITS MOST ANKLES. The adjustable wrist and ankle weights straps extend its length to 12.4", with easy-to-adjust velcro straps to provide a greater fit for ankles and wrists of sizes from 6 to 10.5 inches (perimeter).
